- Fill in all customer information and shipping address.
- Select your payment method and click “PLACE ORDER”.
- Your order summary will then be displayed and you will receive an email confirmation of your order.
- Please confirm stock availability before making a purchase. All orders are shipped directly from the supplier and no stock are held on premises.

It means your order has not yet left our warehouse. Once the status changes to Completed it has left our warehouse.
What Delivery Methods Are Offered?
All orders will be delivered directly via FedEx Ground or USPS to United States and for European union we will ship from our European fulfillment center from European Railway Direct Mail. Other international countries we will ship from our China fulfillment center with last mile tracking.
What Are the Delivery Fees ?
Free offer free shipping to United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia and European Union and for other International countries delivery fees will be calculated at checkout.
How Long Does Delivery Take ?
All items sold at globaltechvantage.com are guaranteed to be delivered in 15-45 days and all orders shipped from the United States, Europe and Australia warehouse are guaranteed to be delivered within 7-28 days.

How Do I Track My Order ?
Once your order has been dispatched. You will receive tracking details that include both a tracking number and the courier details that will deliver your parcel.
How Are Customs And Import Taxes Handled ?

Can I Cancel My Order ?
Yes, you can cancel your order as long as it has not been dispatched. If the order has already been dispatched, you will need to receive it and return it at your own expense. Please note that cancellations due to change of mind are subject to a handling/cancellation fee

Please contact our support before the order is dispatch, once the order has been dispatched an additional delivery fee will be charged to change the address.
Warranty and Returns
Does GLOBAL TECHVANTAGE INC items Have Warranty ?
Yes, all electronics, home appliances, hardware tools, industrial & scientific products and computer peripherals products within 6 – 12 months limited warranty and cannot be extended. Please see our Returns and Warranty Policy for more details.
What Happens If I Don't Receive My Order ?
If your order is lost, damaged or stolen, we will either send you a replacement order or we will refund the full order to you. It’s at our sole discretion to choose whether to replace or refund the order.
I Received a Broken Item ?
If your item arrives damaged or is not working, please follow the warranty process and contact our Support Center for RMA authorization within 7 days of the order being received.
